ECLIPSE Casino and IASP Celebrate Unprecedented Success of the EAPT Poker Series

The recently concluded series of Eurasian Poker Tournament in Batumi, Georgia organised by IASP, ECLIPSE Poker Club and ECLIPSE Casino was an undeniable success with participants from 33 different countries and nearly 1,000 unique players taking part in this sports poker tournament.
The Main Event, originally set with a guaranteed prize pool of $140,000, more than doubled expectations, reaching an astounding $370,500! The top four players agreed on ICM chop, splitting the prize as follows:
- 🇦🇲 Hayk Manasyan – $39,085
- 🇺🇿 Timur Mukhamedaminov – $34,770
- 🇰🇿 Yesset Aimukhanov – $31,955
- 🇦🇲 Paruyr Mamikonyan – $27,320
The series’ overall guaranteed prize pool of $350,000 was tripled: over $1,000,000 awarded to players of EAPT in Batumi.
This series marks a significant milestone for poker in the region, attracting the attention of international community of players and highlighting the investment and recreational potential of the country.
We sincerely hope this won’t be the last event, as we remain optimistic that the leadership of IASP (International Association of Sports Poker and Other Games) will help improve local tax regulations to continue bringing exciting tournaments to the area.
